Returns
You may request a return within 10 days of receiving your order, under the conditions listed below.
Return Eligibility
We only accept return requests if:
- The item was damaged, defective, or significantly different from the product description
- A return request is submitted within 10 days of delivery
- Photo or video evidence of the issue is provided
Note: Returns for buyer’s remorse, incorrect size selection, or change of mind are not accepted due to our supplier’s return policy.
Refunds & Reshipments
We will either refund or reship the product if your return request is approved based on the following:
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
- If your product arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 10 days of delivery
- Include photo or video proof of the issue
- We’ll offer a full refund or free replacement, no return required in most cases
Missing or Undelivered Orders
- If your tracking shows no updates or is stuck in transit beyond the following windows:
- 45 days (U.S. orders)
- 60 days (International orders)
- 110 days (Brazil)
We’ll issue a full refund or resend the item, at no additional cost
If tracking says “Delivered” but you didn’t receive the item:
- A non-delivery certificate from your local post office is required before issuing a refund or reshipment
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for returns:
- Sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
- Personal-use or intimate items (e.g., undergarments)
- Custom or Print-on-Demand products
- Any return request made after 10 days of delivery
Return Shipping
- If a return is approved, you may be responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or incorrect
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method
Note: In most cases, damaged or incorrect items do not need to be returned. This is decided during review.
Order Cancellations
- Orders can be fully refunded if canceled before processing or shipping
- Print-on-Demand (POD) and preorder inventory items cannot be canceled after payment is processed
Order Credits
- Promotional credits are non-refundable and non-transferable
- Top-up credits may be refundable, but only unused amounts will be considered, subject to case-by-case approval
Refund Timeline
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method
- Once approved, allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card provider
